Prof. Dr. Naser Z. Alsharif, Pharm.D., Ph.D. Professor of Pharmacy Sciences visited the Faculty of Pharmacy, MIU, from February 24th – March 8th 2018. During this period, Dr Alsharif taught part of the Medicinal Chemistry II course to the third year pharmacy students’. He held two seminars on “Pharmacy Education and Practice” for pharmacy staff. The seminars defined active learning and summarized its techniques that are utilized in pharmacy schools. Also, key interactions required for the success of a course was discussed within the context of active learning.
