Trends and References in Employee Recognition and Motivation Workshop

Misr International University introduced a workshop under the name of “Trends and References in Employee Recognition and Motivation Workshop” on November 14, 2017.
The workshop was conducted by Dr. Salah El Refaei and about 56 students attended. The workshop briefly provided an introduction and overview about what will be covered in the workshop. It touched on concepts of recognition, motivation, and motivational theories. In addition, the workshop included the topics of setting goals, role values in the work field, methods of creating a motivational climate, employee expectations, and applying skills in the workplace as an employee.
