To enhance the practical experience of students, the Department of Management, Faculty of Business Administration and International Trade, launched for the first time the International Excellence Professional Certificate IEPC which is accredited from IPE / PPA France. The program consists of 8 modules (16 workshops). The first module – “Marketing Management” was conducted on 8thand 9th October 2018. The second module “Strategic Management” was conducted by Dr Hatem El Sholkamy together with a two-day workshop on the 10th and 11th of December, 2018. During the IEPC Strategic Management Module, the students practically exercised answering major questions such as “What are the strategic goals and how do they drive the business model, what type of organization structure can fit your business more? What information flows, processes and work flows does your business require? What type of people’s mindset and skills suit your business model? What reward system should your business apply?
