On the occasion of celebrating the International Disability Day, the Faculty of Al Alsun and Mass Communication, in collaboration with the Right to Live Association for Intellectual Disabilities, organized a seminar entitled “Integrating People with Disabilities into the Community” on December 2, 2019.
Mr. Hassaan Abdel Fattah, Special Education Consultant & Technical Director at the Right to Live Association, talked about the different types of intellectual disabilities and highlighted the opportunities of integrating people with disabilities into the community. He also called for policy makers and community members to pay greater attention to their needs and potential in order to make society more inclusive for everyone.
